How do I access my deposit?

To access your deposit, you’ll need to contact our team and let them know that you’re wanting to access your deposit – They’ll give you all the necessary forms/instructions to help you do so. Sometimes it can just mean getting a new valuation on your home, and putting in an application for an “Equity Release”.

This process can range from a few days to a few weeks depending on the lender, so if you are about to go to market for a new property ensure you are prepared early.

It’s important to keep in mind that accessing your deposit will have consequences, such as reducing the amount of equity you’ve got in your property or affecting your LVR, it also means you may have to start paying interest on this in the meantime.
