First Home Buyer

With the right team around you, you can be confident in buying your first home. You will be able to use our entire team of experts to ensure buying your first home is a memorable and enjoyable experience. We’ll take care of all the nitty gritty’s for you so you can focus on the important stuff.
It’s not all that complicated when we break it down into three simple steps for you:

Step 1

We will coach you through working out what sized deposit you will need, how much you can comfortably afford to borrow, and then the fun part, where you would like to buy your first home.

Step 2

We’ll present you with a proposal outlining what lenders will be the best fit for you, what products will work for you best, and what we’ll require to get the show on the road.

Step 3

Once you have selected a lender, your application will go through our award-winning process and we can get your official “pre-approval” in place. Once your pre-approval is in place, you can confidently get to work on finding your new home.

As an added level of support, we’ll also work with your real estate agent, your conveyancer and your bank on your behalf to make sure you aren’t bogged down in all the paperwork that comes with buying a new home and you can worry about finding the right home.

Upsizing / Downsizing

Applying for a home loan is not quite like riding a bike. The process, policies and banks are always changing the way they assess loan applications, and the information they collect to grant an approval on a home loan application.

Luckily, our team are dedicated to keeping on top of all of these changes to ensure our clients are always able to access the best deals, in the fastest time possible. Moving into a new home is going to come with enough work – the last thing you want is to be bogged down with your home loan application. We’ll make sure this happens seamlessly in the background whilst you focus on packing boxes, and more excitingly, finding your dream home.

Construction

Whether you’re it’s your first home, Investment property, or your Dream Home, building is a brilliant way to ensure you are getting exactly what you want.

It’s important you take your time with the design of the home, as well as getting all of the features right. There’s a lot to think about from the colour of the front door, the kind of bricks, the colour of your roof, all the way down to the style of your light switches.

Our team make sure that you don’t get too tied up in the construction loan process. Setting up construction finance is second nature for us. Not only that, we will help you with organising your progress payments after your build starts, so you don’t have to worry about it. We ensure the builder gets paid on time so your project doesn’t get delayed, and you can be into your new home sooner. We’ll also arrange the valuation and progress inspections throughout the process to ensure you get what you paid for.

Refinancing

It is no secret that the banks lure you in with a really sharp rate, then over time, your interest rate will fluctuate and after a year or two, you are paying well over what they are offering their new to bank customers. We make it our mission to ensure this doesn’t happen.

We review your current home loan, we’ll first work out if that structure is still suitable, or if your circumstances have changed, then we’ll make a recommendation to either rre-price your home loan with your existing lender, or is it time to switch.

We manage the application process for you

Once you’ve decided which loan you’d like to apply for, we’ll do the application for you (in other words we’ll handle all the paperwork and communications so you don’t have to). We’ll keep you in the loop, of course, so you know exactly where the application is at and what’s needed from you (hopefully as little as possible).

We manage your settlements

When the paperwork is through and you’ve signed the dotted line, we’ll manage the final settlement process too. Our goal is to remove all the pain points for you, so buying your first or your next property, refinance or investing feels as easy as a breeze. Self-employed? No worries, we’ve got you covered too.

Once all that is done, we stick around.

 Our team is here to support you once your settlement is complete. For some, that may mean an annual review to ensure you still have the right loan for your circumstances. For others, it may be more.
