1.     Introduction

By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. The competition is organised by My Mortgage Freedom Pty Ltd (ABN 34 154 046 965) of registered office address: 2 Albert Place, South Melbourne 3205.

2.     Eligibility

2.1 The competition is open to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

•  Individuals must be over the age of 18
•  Individuals must currently reside in Australia
• Individuals must be current clients of My Mortgage Freedom

2.2 Existing MyMF customers must not have refinanced their home loan in the previous 12 months from their enquiry date. We need to ensure we are adhering to the borrowers "Best Interest Duty" - Therefore, refinancing in order to enter the competition without substantial benefit will not be permissible

3. How to Enter

3.1 To achieve one entry into the competition, entrants must either;

• Refinance their current loan with My Mortgage Freedom, and have settled their new loan by the competition closure date OR‍
• Refer one new client to My Mortgage Freedom, who must proceed with finance through My Mortgage Freedom and settle by close of competition

3.2 Each participant may submit an unlimited number of entries, granted they satisfy the outlined terms as listed above.

3.3 The competition is valid for entrants who qualify from August 15th, 2023.

3.4 Closing date for entry will be 11:59pm (AEDT) Sunday March 31^st, 2024. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

4. Selection of Winner

4.1 The winner will be drawn at random on Friday, April 12th 2024

4.2 The winner will be notified via Phone and Email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and draw a replacement winner at random.

4.4 No cash alternatives to the prize will be offered. The prize is non-transferable. The prize is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

5. Prize

5.1 The prize for the competition is as follows:

• Two Weeks all-expenses paid trip to Italy for two
• *The estimated value of the prize is $15,000, but total cost may vary pending winners selected travel dates and locations
• The prize includes flights, to and from Italy via Australia
• Accommodation for the duration of the trip
• Spending money

6. December Instagram Promotion

From 4/12/23 to 21/12/23 the organiser will be running a promotional giveaway through Instagram. The prize will include:

• A $500 Prepaid Visa giftcard
• A $25- voucher to Grossi Florentino or equivalent value to a restaurant of the winners choosing
• 2x Entries into My Mortgage Freedom's Italy Competition

6.1 Entry requirements for the December promotion include:

• Individual to follow @MyMortgageFreedom & @Ratetracker.com.au on Instagram
• Individual to like the promotional post
• Individual to tag 1x user in the comments
• Individual also has the option to share the promotional post to their stories for a bonus entry

7 Disqualification

7.1 The organiser reserved the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate behaviour.

8.0 Limitation of Liability

8.1 The organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or liability resulting from participation in the competition or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

9.0 Modifications and Termination

9.1 The organiser reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.

10 General

10.1 By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

10.2 The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

10.3 The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

10.4 The winner’s name will be published on our website.

10.5 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party
